Overview of the FCC’s new
Experimental Program License system
Chief, Experimental Licensing Branch
Mr. Serafini will present an overview of the FCC’s new Experimental Program License system. In April 2017 the FCC adopted a new authorization type to add an additional option for communication equipment and system testing, research, and development.
