Longtime AFCCE member William Alvah Culpepper passed away peacefully
on July 20th at the age of 90. Bill Culpepper and Associates of Charlotte, NC provided engineering services in the southeast and across the country until a few years ago. William was an IEEE, ARRL, SBE, and Antique Wireless Association member.
