AFCCE membership met at the Holiday Inn, Rosslyn, VA for lunch and to hear a presentation by Jerry Armes on the electric utility smart grid and the frequency allocation issues related to it. Prior to the luncheon meeting, the AFCCE Board of Directors and the Scholarship Board met in their usual monthly meetings to discuss association business.
