FCC RF Exposure Rule Changes

Kevin will discuss the May 3rd FCC rule changes concerning RF exposure and the two-year review period for existing parties.
Dr. Kevin Graf specializes in the analysis of electromagnetic fields and waves and safety levels for limiting exposure. He is currently an Electronics Engineer in the Office of Engineering and Technology at the FCC, where he has worked since 2019. From 2014 to 2019, Dr. Graf worked at Exponent analyzing electromagnetic behavior of consumer electronics, medical devices, high voltage transmission lines and natural emissions with comparisons to guidelines for electromagnetic exposure and compatibility. Dr. Graf received a B.S. from Cornell University and M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University, all in electrical engineering. He served as co-chair of IEEE TC95-SC3 from 2017 to 2019.
