This year’s AFCCE Annual Meeting will be held in Annapolis, Maryland, from Thursday, June 25th through Sunday, June 28th, 2015.

Our meeting will be hosted at the Historic Inns of Annapolis, located in the heart of the historic district on State Circle and within easy walking distance to the US Naval Academy as well as the history, shopping, restaurants, pubs and waterfront area of Annapolis.
A block of 30 rooms has been set aside for AFCCE at a special rate of $150/night. Please call the Historic Inns directly to reserve your room, and identify yourself as being with AFCCE to receive our special group rate.

Activities
There are a couple of activities being considered for the traditional Friday afternoon outing, with the frontrunner being a special tour and presentation at the US Naval Academy, which has a pedestrian entry gate just a few blocks down Maryland Avenue from the Governor Calvert House of the Historic Inns.
In addition, we’re contemplating an ARRL Field Day activity local to our meeting. If you would be interested in coordinating this (or helping), please contact me directly. I will try to find the green space needed for equipment setup and help in any way that I can. If this planning gets some traction, we can include more information in future announcements to solicit additional participation.
Registration
You can register for the Annual Meeting either by filling out the registration form below or by downloading the registration form and mailing a check to the address below. Please make your checks out to AFCCE.
The meeting registration fee is $350 for AFCCE members, or $600 to also include a guest. This registration fee covers the cost of the Thursday night welcome reception, breakfast and mid-morning refreshments for the Friday and Saturday morning business meetings, Friday lunch and the Saturday night reception and banquet. You pay your lodging directly to the Historic Inns.
We are anticipating good attendance at this year’s meeting, so please book your room at the Historic Inns as soon as possible to secure a room at the special rate which will only be available until April 30th. If we approach the limit of our 30 rooms right away, we may have an opportunity to expand the room block to allow others to book as well.
