The AFCCE Scholarship Program received 54 applications via the Kaleidoscope Scholarship Web Site for the fall, 2026 academic semester. The Scholarship Committee in turn recommended 12 awards totaling $16,000 that were subsequently approved by the Scholarship Board at its June meeting for students expressing an interest in pursuing careers in telecommunications and broadcasting engineering. Funding these scholarships was provided by: AFCCE, the IEEE-Broadcast Technology Society's Jules Cohen, Dielectric's E. Noel Luddy and Byron St. Clair Memorial accounts. The 12 undergraduate and graduate awardees attend colleges and universities in 10 states and one in Canada.
Opportunities to contribute to the AFCCE Scholarship Fund are: in conjunction with yearly membership renewal as well as individual and corporate donations at our upcoming Fall Social.
