Virtual Annual Meeting Scheduled for October 16

AFCCE has decided to cancel all in-person social events for the remainder of 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions.  This includes the October Fall Social and November FCC Reception.  Board Meetings will continue to be held monthly via Zoom.  Stay tuned for information about a virtual presenter for the September 25th meeting.

AFCCE’s by-laws require an annual members’ meeting each calendar year.  This year’s meeting will not be a destination event but will be held virtually, via Zoom, on Friday October 16th, from 12 – 3 pm (Eastern).

October 16th was also the date scheduled for the Fall Social, which is traditionally AFCCE’s main fundraiser for its scholarship program.  With the cancellation of this event, the AFCCE Board is encouraging members to not forget about the needs of this important program and make a donation to the AFCCE Scholarship Fund.
