This year's Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada is a go. We've signed the contract and have a block of rooms at the magnificent One King West hotel in downtown Toronto for a substantially discounted rate of $279 CA (currently $208 USD). Below are the hotel booking instructions.
The schedule of events is still being finalized. In typical fashion, a Thursday evening reception is planned, Board meeting Friday and tentative Banquet Saturday evening. More to come in February.
For Hotel reservations, attendees will call the hotel direct at 1-866-470 KING (5464) or 416-548-8100 and request the in-house reservations department or email: reservations@onekingwest.com.
It is imperative that individuals indicate their group affiliation and the name of the conference (AFCCE - Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers) when making reservations.
